Winter can feel isolating in perimenopause as the darker and colder days settle in.

Less daylight often means less movement and less interaction with the outside world. This can inevitably lead to a decrease in energy while leaving us with more time to overthink and worry.

The Winter Reset Retreat is the perfect space to focus on your emotional wellbeing, reconnect with yourself and what you really want going forward while spending some time with other women who get you and are there to support you.
